- What are your office and access hours?
Our office hours are M-F 8:30am-5pm. Access hours on climate-controlled units are 8:30am-5pm 7 days a week and for non climate-controlled units, you have access from 6am-9pm 7 days a week.
- Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
No, the rental agreement for our storage units is on a month to month basis.
- Do I need a lock?
Yes, you will need to provide your own lock.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and money orders.
- Do you bill?
No, we do not send out bills. You can either pay at our office or mail your payment in.
- When is my payment due?
All rent is due on the first of each month with a 5 day grace period without a late fee but no access is allowed if rent is unpaid.
